Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Come to the trendy and vibrating Offenbach - the cooler Frankfurt. :-) Stay at our shared co-working place, where we usually spend our time painting, developing pictures and creating. Less than 30 minutes commute to the Frankfurt fair, airport or main station door-to-door and only three minutes by foot to Wilhelmsplatz - one of the best places in Hessen for bars and restaurants by night and organic farmer's market by day.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Anliegerstraße, zwischen Darmstadt und Weiterstadt. Sie ist gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr (RMV) angebunden. In unserer Strasse (ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuss) fährt der Bus alle 30 Minuten. Den F Bus erreicht man nach ca. 10 Minuten, dieser fährt alle 15 Minuten. Der Darmstädter HBF ist weniger als 2,5 Km entfernt. Ebenso die Anbindung zur Autobahn. Frankfurt erreichen Sie in 20 Min. Das Einkaufszentrum Loop 5 befindet sich in der näheren Umgebung.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Great connections to the airport (35min) and the Frankfurt Fair (15min) The apartment is located on the so called "Naxosgelände" with the "Willy Praml Theatre", "Die Käs" and Mousonturm offering diverse, daily cultural events right on the premises. A nice grocery store is located just across the street!

Die 30 qm große helle Wohnung liegt im beliebten Darmstädter Martinsviertel. Sie wurde 2016 komplett saniert und neu möbliert. Es gibt für die Wohnung einen separaten Ein/Ausgang von der Straße aus. Gerne können die Gäste in den Garten zum Ausruhen gehen. Die Straßenbahn an den Hauptbahnhof und in die Stadt, das Centrum und die Technische Uni Darmstadt sind innerhalb 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung wird von uns für 2 Tage bis maximal 1 Monat vermietet.
