Cozy vintage style apartment "Samtene" (Marigold flower) in the heart of Daugavpils in renovated building Ludviga nams. You will enjoy marvelous sunrises in living room and peaceful sunsets in bedroom. Apartment is situated in the center of Daugavpils, tram stop just outside the building, main walking street and shopping malls, farmers markets in 10 minute walking distance. Our famous castle and M. Rothko museum in 5 minute driving distance. Parking spot guaranteed in the yard during your stay.

7 min walk to lake Visaginas

Important: our apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Visaginas is a beautiful city with wonderful lakes and forests. We like to spend time here so we bought and renovated an apartment so it is always pleasant to come here. We want to share this nice place with our guests: a forest that you (almost) can touch from the balcony and a lake that is only 7 minutes away on foot. And also a grocery store that is just beside the house (not very romantic but a convenient fact)

Without a 4- WD vehicle, be prepared to walk 800 meters until destination. The territory is surrounded by ancient forest and marshlands with wildlife. The nearest lake is 8 km.
