The house is NOT air-conditioned but the temperature is comfortable inside. Minimum of 4 nights stay. A traditional-modern house in a province that has a lot of dogs and roosters! (They are everywhere on the island). A house not far from Paliton beach, and a 5-7 minute drive to restaurants, bar and cafés. There is also a restobar nearby. Has an outdoor kitchen and is equipped for longer stay. (30% off for monthly stay and 7% off for weekly)

A charming bamboo cottage situated on a property with a spectacular bamboo deck on a cliff offering a 180° view of the beautiful San Juan coastline. A bamboo staircase leads directly to the pristine waters below. Guests have the option to swim directly to the Paliton marine sanctuary 200m away or take a leisurely stroll 100m to the beach. The cottage also boasts of modern amenities, such as Starlink Internet & air conditioning

Chada na balay

Combination of native and modern house design, well lighted, ventilated and cool. A 3 minute (150m) walk to a clean gray sand beach with living colorful coral reefs. You need to wear slippers though as there are plenty of rocks. Fans are comfortable enough as there is plenty of breeze coming from sea and the property is surrounded by trees and plants. About 25mins commute to the city by jeepney or tricycle.
