The Getaway

This 1950 3 bedroom 2 bath island house was remodeled with a Mid Century vibe. Some of the original features have been kept for authenticity. "The Getaway" feels like you are stepping back in time. It is a wonderful place to ride bikes and you can walk across the street to launch our 2 kayaks. I love our floor plan and the fact that each of the three bedrooms are large enough for a private retreat while the open kitchen/living area is so comfortable for the whole group to be together.

While close to many area attractions, the Bee Hive offers relaxation in the country to gaze at the stars and roast marshmallows by the fire. You get the best of both worlds. A perfect spot to relax!

Backyard oasis on a deep water creek. If you are coming for travel ball, love kayaking and/or just hanging out right on the water, you will appreciate this special hideaway.
