Escape to Hilltop Hideaway — a cozy primitive plus cabin with stunning mountain views. Sit or swing on the covered porch and stare at the rolling hills. Relax by the fire pit or explore the woods and pastures. Electricity, heat/AC, WiFi (75+ Mbps), TV, and a bunk room with two full-size mattresses and an outdoor shower. Primitive outhouse with electric light, outdoor potable water only. No kitchen or indoor plumbing — pack in/pack out. Short drive through the field. 4WD is suggested in winter.

Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

The second level consists of 2 more full bedrooms and an open den area with twin trundle beds, TV with Roku. There is also an outdoor open fire pit. We are located just 10 miles to All Star Village Baseball!
