Within 25 mins drive to Milton Keynes City Centre where you can take a Virgin train into London Euston (32 mins). Also 30mins drive to Silverstone Racetrack.. Conveniently situated between junctions 14 & 15 of the M1 makes it very easy to access middle England, from the Cotswolds and Oxford to Stratford upon Avon( William Shakespeare's birthplace) and Birmingham Also the delightful old market town of Olney is 10mins drive away. Off road parking. There is a futon in the room, use of which would make the room cosy!

(High St. is barely 1 min walk away but the street is quiet, as it is an access only road) The annexe has a private entrance with 2 secure locks. Parking - free on site. Private en-suite bathroom & shower. Wifi, TV, microwave, kettle & light breakfast are provided (cereals/fruit) & guests are welcome to use our cottage kitchen & laundry.
