Eclectic Home close to Nashville

This new apartment has been designed to include modern comforts with a Nashville twist. Hang out in the open living area on the long leather chair and admire the diverse wall art from classic posters to playful illustrations. Metro Nashville Short Term Rental Permit Number 2/0/1/9/0/5/7/8/1/0 Guests will have full access to the apartment. We like to entertain in the backyard, so if there is an event going on, we welcome our guests to join us. We are available during your stay, but will be hands off unless you need us. The home is in a peaceful location that is still just a 10-minute drive from downtown Nashville and all of its fantastic shops and restaurants. There are also exceptional breweries and coffee shops nearby as well for a taste of local living. A vehicle or Uber is the best way to travel in Nashville.

Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Keyless entry, Wi-Fi, and plenty of privacy. More affordable and spacious than 2 hotel rooms. We encourage you to compare our reviews to local hotels. We recognize the experience is as important as the stay.

Quiet and convenient- a great place to relax after a visit to downtown Nashville, or a quick overnight stay. Only 7 minutes to the airport, 15-20 minutes to the heart of downtown, and even closer to trending restaurants, shopping, and green way trails. Whether vacation or a business trip, enjoy a peaceful place to unwind. Includes large screened porch, a shared outdoor patio with moss covered bricks/stone walkways and waterfall pond garden complete with koi and goldfish to feed. Pets welcome.

Attached to the back of our home, this separate entrance, mother-in-law suite in West Nashville offers a 700 square foot space that includes one bedroom with a queen memory foam mattress, living room, large bathroom with double sinks, rain shower, kitchenette, table for two, dedicated work space, and high speed wifi. Experience Nashville like the locals do! We welcome you to your private, spacious apartment that feels like the country even though you’re in the city. It’s set in a very historic music neighborhood on beautiful green acreage. Centrally located and just 8 miles to downtown and 7.9 miles to the Grand Ole Opry. Restaurants and music just down the road. Close to several major highways yet still quiet and peaceful. The spirit of Music City is definitely present in this high frequency space!

Short walk to fabulous Five Points East Nashville where you'll find some of the best restaurants, bars, shops, galleries and happenings Nashville has to offer. Around the corner from groceries, coffee shops and more stores and restaurants. 10 min from airport and 5 min from downtown. Great spot for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.
