Beautiful two bedroom, two bath art filled historic bungalow. Roomy front porch plus large screened in back porch. Walking distance to downtown, Five Points activities, grocery, bars, and restaurants. PLEASE NOTE: House rules must be read and agreed to before booking. Owners live in a totally separate space in the back of the property who are available but are very respectful of your privacy. The house is not appropriate for children.

Transom ceilings, original hardwood floors, super quiet inside.. front porch sitting...Walkable to 12 South. public Street parking and sweet neighbors. You will feel right at home while being less than 2 miles from lower broadway and the gulch. Belmont and Vandy are super close.
