After a two year endeavor hand building, with love and passion, this unique cottage up in the trees, I am thrilled to welcome you to a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! The idea was to create an experience of being up in the trees and close to nature. Building a space small enough that it immediately becomes your own yet comfortably spacious, open and filled with light. A place to relax with all the amenities and still be immersed in the beauty of the mountain woods.

The cozy cottage is an easily accessible house within walking distance to downtown brevard, the lumber arts district & Brevard Music Center. It’s right off the Brevard bike path that links to Pisgah Forest & biking distance to the trails at bracken mountain preserve. Music venues, Brewaries, restaurants & coffee shops all within walking distance. Ideal for a couple attending a music center show, father son mtn biking trip or Brevard college parents in town for a visit. Newly fenced in backyard

Then take a ride into downtown Brevard to hit the local eats and shops. Pisgah Forest is centrally located to Dupont State Forest and Pisgah National Forest, Downtown Brevard and a variety of breweries.

The Carraige House at Brevard

The "Carraige House at Brevard" is conveniently located near downtown Brevard, North Carolina. Newly constructed, newly listed with a contemporary farmhouse style. It is situated on 6-1/2 acres with mountain and French Broad River valley views. Easy walk to Oskar Blues Brewery, bike path to Pisgah National Forest and the Davidson River. There are 2 bedrooms with king size luxury mattresses. The 3rd bed is on a pull out in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen with washer & dryer.

This cabin is 1 of 2 on our property. This is the closest rental property to Dupont State Park at only a quarter of a mile from the entrance. Offering its own private Hot-Tub, sauna, and fire pit along a creak, this property is one of a kind! Our cabin is located 15 minutes from downtown Brevard and 20 minutes from downtown Hendersonville which both offer lots of local shops and dinning. Our cabin offers a peaceful retreat and is the perfect place for anyone that loves the outdoors!!
