Come and relax in this brand new basement apartment. Amazing lights and high ceilings will make you forget you are in a basement. Enjoy a full kitchen and comfortable furniture. We do live upstairs and we do have an active family but we do our best to never interfere with your goings on. Yes, there might be some piano practice and some running around of normal life above you, but we do work hard to live by all the quiet hours and rules we ask our guests to live by. This contemporary, comfortable, clean, private mother-in-law apartment is in a beautiful neighborhood and has an open floor plan to relax & rest in style. Just a short drive to multiple ski resorts, Lagoon, Park City, downtown SLC, recreational lakes, hiking/biking trails & Antelope Island. There's many great restaurants in the area, and a grocery store within walking distance. Layton Hills Mall is about 5 miles away & there's a Sam's Club within 5 miles & a Costco within 10 miles.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish studio space NO cleaning fees! The low price for a night is 1 person stays are most common here. Super quiet and clean space. This is a contactless stay. Great location for hiking and walking on the hill with amazing views. Close to hospitals: LDS, Shriner's, Primary Children, U of U, Huntsman. I regulate the AC and heat however there is a fan and heater. If you want more or less just ask. You can have a third guest I have a Full size futon.

Safe neighborhood with a private entrance. 15 min from the airport & downtown SLC. We have young kids, so expect some daytime noise, stomps & play. They settle by 9 PM. You won’t believe you’re in a basement apartment! This space is full of warmth and light. Recently renovated, with hardwood floors throughout and modern furnishings. Enjoy stunning views of the Wasatch Mountains from your backyard. FYI: Our family of 5 lives upstairs! Our 3 kids will be silent from 8 pm-7 am. I try my best to keep things quiet in the morning, but you may hear footsteps/ talking. Please let us know if the noise is too much!
