This property is located in Wannanup and is part of Port Bouvard development known for it peaceful surrounds and comprises of a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom with its own grand cinema and private jetty. The space The house is newly constructed with a feature brick and tile. Tastefully decorated with quality furnishing and segmented with glass panels that take advantage of the panoramic views of the canal. Bedding configuration consists of 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds and 2 Bunk beds makes it comfortable sleeping for 10 people. Cook in a Master Chef's kitchen or use the large outdoor BBQ to entertain family and friends with dinning indoors/outdoors. Sit back, relax and enjoy the views or soak in the sun or get a cinematic feel or play some pool or catch crabs off the jetty or adventure through the canals with the kayaks provided. Wifi now available Skylight Retreat is a light and airy, fully equipped 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms that can easily accommodate 2 families. The open living area has two wonderful skylights. Ducted air in all rooms will keep you cool in summer and warm/cosy in winter. In the lounge area there is plenty of seating including beanbags, along with two cupboards with jigsaws, games and books. The huge 8 seater dining table definitely caters for all guests and the well appointed kitchen won’t disappoint.
