Orchard cottage is a cosy 2 bedroom detached property set in the heart of the ancient village of Holcombe in the beautiful county of Devon. Ideally situated less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and a few minutes by car from the towns of Dawlish and Teignmouth. The cottage consists of, upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and another with two singles, bathroom with bath/shower & WC,down stairs a very cosy lounge and good size kitchen/dining room. Dogs welcome, maximum of 2 medium/small ones.

Downstairs there is a light airy bedroom with king size bed, a large en-suite shower room and access via patio doors to your own private garden and decked area. A Victorian mid terraced house in Teignmouth, South Devon. Renovated to a high standard. A spacious accommodation which includes a living dining room. kitchen, separate utility room. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The property is in a ideal location, only 3 mins walk to the town centre, 10 mins walk to the sea front, 7 mins walk to Teignmouth Train Station, 15 mins walk to Shaldon. We are Dog friendly but pets cannot be left unattended in the property.

Dawlish Warren Static Home (Golden Sands)

Comfortable 6-birth caravan just a 10 minute walk away from Dawlish Warren Beach and local ameneties. The caravan itself is very spacious with an electric fireplace, gas central heating and full kitchen. Situated in Dawlish Warren, there is plenty to do nearby, from dog walks or the adventure park for children. There is also an indoor/outdoor swimming pool and clubhouse on the caravan site, so something to do for everyone!
