Please note we now provide all bedlinen! All 5 main beds will be made up. You need your own towels Our caravan is refurbished, equipped for a family break @ the award winning Haven Devon Cliffs holiday park. Too small for more than 4 adults, perfect for families. Great for exploring the area too, with a private beach + many kid facilities Prices have risen as my cleaning costs have increased to inc laundry. I also need to cover increased site fees/my van is one of the most expensive pitches.

Welcome to 1 The Haven - spacious studio with kitchen and separate shower room. Enjoy stunning sea views across the gardens from your room or from outdoor seating. Take a swim in our award winning, heated, indoor private pool, enjoy our steam room - open 8am to 8pm daily. Guests take turns to have private, sole use. Easy access to S W coast path, village and beach. This is 1 of 2 studios on the ground floor of our home, 2 The Haven also available or book both! 2022 prices held for 2025!

Pier House - Stunning Waterfront Home with Pool

Pier House occupies a stunning waterfront location with uninterrupted views across the River Dart. Arguably the best position in Dittisham – one of Devon’s most picturesque villages – it sits at the end of the village quay, just a minute’s walk from the local pub, the famous Anchorstone café and the pontoon. Yet the unique situation of Pier House – surrounded by large, mature gardens, with an outdoor pool (heated seasonally) & private access in all directions – it always feels peaceful.

This lovely spacious cottage is adjacent to the owner's house, set in 3 acres of gardens and beautiful countryside in the heart of the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It's a great base for walking, cycling, touring, shopping, eating and drinking ...and curling up in front of the log fire. Sidbury village is a 20 min walk away. And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!

Upstairs, the king bedroom has an ensuite, while the double, twin & single rooms share a luxurious family bathroom. Find another shower room downstairs. A private and peaceful annexe with a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed ( suitable for a child) Pretty and relaxing courtyard garden with decking area. Free street parking directly outside on quiet road. Breakfast dishes available on pre request. Outdoor pool in hosts garden. Pool use times to be arranged to ensure private use of it. The pool is available during the summer and when the weather allows.
