A great value, quirky and cheerful cosy nest of your own to retreat to when exploring the local nature, countryside and coast or as a convenient stopover when visiting Exeter or Cornwall. The caravan sits in my beautiful garden close to Haldon Forest, the Exe Estuary and the South Devon Coast of Dawlish Warren, Dawlish and Teignmouth. Perfect for walkers, birdwatchers, cyclists and nature lovers. Of road parking, A secure back garden safe for well behaved dogs. Safe storage for bikes, kayaks.

Set in an idyllic three acres of rolling countryside near Dawlish, Leat Cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind, a great base from which to explore the south west or an inspiring retreat to write or paint. A warm welcome awaits you to a cosy cottage set in stunning rural surroundings and only a 45 minute walk or 5-10 minute drive to Dawlish, 15-20 minute drive to Teignmouth or 25 minute drive to Exeter. The Annex at Waterfield House in South Devon

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.

The Dawlish Hideaway

Our newly created bijou apartment is ideal for two people, although there's a sofabed should you wish to have two children staying too. We're a five minute walk to Dawlish town centre, the nearest beach and railway station. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater. The bed is a standard double with storage. The accommodation is not suitable for people with limited mobility. There are 12 steps down to the unit. Well behaved dogs are welcome. On-street parking.

Shared private patio, people watching. Popular Ship Inn and sailing school doors away. Tranquil/vibrant depending on season. Front beach 5 minutes walk. Shaldon Ferry, Arts Quarter, town centre, a few minutes walk. Trains 10 mins walk. Dartmoor National Park under 20 miles.

The Hideaway is a peaceful, cosy retreat converted from the original stables to a large airy studio, minutes from Dawlish town, beach, and train station. Tucked away in a quiet spot, it’s stylish, spotless, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing stay. Guests love the comfy bed, log burner, and thoughtful touches throughout. Ideal for solo travellers or couples, with a welcoming host and everything you need close by. A hidden gem on the Devon coast.

Modern space with parking. A short walk from beach, town and railway station. Family-friendly place that can accommodate 2 adults sharing a comfortable double bed with the availability of a travel cot or additional child on sofa bed. Please be aware that if sofa is used as a second bed then space will be limited.
