We provide a charming farm atmosphere and are conveniently located between Saratoga Springs and Lake George. Sauna, Hiking, Walk to Sandy Beach & Private Chef

The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated stay. Simple luxury in the Adirondacks with premium amenities like an outdoor sauna, weekday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, and firewood for campfires under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. We also share our passive cooling technique during the warmer months with our guests.

East Cabin

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the beautiful Green Mountains of VT and the gorgeous Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. For the winter season, there are many major ski resorts close by. We also have the West Cabin available for your extended family and friends.

Two Springs Farm Guest House

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, conveniently located between Saratoga and Glens Falls. Our cozy guest house features a private bedroom with a queen sized bed and attached bath, as well as a loft with a twin sized futon, a queen pullout couch, and space for yoga, reading, or relaxation. The petite full kitchen is stocked with the basics for your convenience. Plentiful free parking and views of a beautiful private farm. Easy access to Lake George and the Adirondacks!

Your camp will give you the rest, recreation and relaxation you are looking for. Non electric, with all utilities running on propane. .Fully Equipped. The cabin is located next to a stream and pond on 617 pristine acres of lush, green forest. You'll have hiking right out your door, and exclusive access to a New York State snowmobile trail, located on the property. Our guests love that they don’t have to sacrifice privacy and seclusion to be minutes from everything that the Lake George area has to offer. Close to the village, Bolton Landing, Lake George outlets, hiking, skiing, snowmobile trails, and all amenities! We are pet and family friendly!
