Our large deck overlooks a mature garden stretching to walking tracks around the lake edge, across the water from award winning Lake House; the Central Springs area and Boathouse Cafe just a few meters away.

Studio6 is our stylish new open plan self contained apartment - perfect for couples or singles - in the most desirable part of Hepburn Springs. Take a short walk to Hepburn’s acclaimed restaurants and cafes, or have a drink at the Palais music venue and walk home! Stroll down the end of the street and you’re in the historic Hepburn bathhouse and mineral springs reserve. Pamper yourself with a spa treatment, or just enjoy a gorgeous leafy walk.
