Lauri's Cottage - Secluded & Pet Friendly

Set on 5 acres of mainly native bushland, our cottage is a real retreat from the urban rat race. The cottage is well equipped with everything to make your stay enjoyable. We have central hydronic heating but the 2 large open fireplaces are a real feature of the cottage. We are regularly visited by kangaroos, kookaburras and other native wildlife. Fur kids are entirely welcome and we have a secure area with a large kennel if you want to leave them while you explore the delights of Daylesford.

Hanging Rock Truffle Farm - pool and tennis court

Welcome to Hanging Rock Truffle Farm in the Macedon Ranges. This 1890’s shearing shed has been redesigned with love and rural sophistication for our guests. Styled by Lynda Gardner and Belle Bright, Appleyard Cottage offers comfort, romance and warmth. With spectacular views to Hanging Rock, this property offers our guests access to glorious gardens, seasonal stream that meanders downs to a lake framed by beautiful willows. With access to a tennis court and pool, welcome and enjoy.

The Barn at Weatherboard

Set among an abundant and lively garden, The Barn is our fully detached, unique guest house. The building was originally a fully functional blue stone farm barn but since owning the property we have converted the space into an open plan house, complete with kitchen, bathroom, large living area and two mezzanine bedrooms. The outside remains in its original state while the inside has been decorated with a collection of artwork and objects from our travels overseas.

Azidene House and Spa Apartment

Autumn is here and the gardens are turning that beautiful shade of bronze! Azidene is your spa retreat for regeneration, relaxation and privacy. The spacious Spa Apartment has a queen bedroom, private double size spa, full kitchen, lounge and dining room. We are 3 minutes walk from the centre of town where great cafes and wine bars await. The apartment is very spacious, beautifully manicured gardens, private driveway with free EV charging included.

Peaceful and private space

Comfortable, clean, cosy, peaceful and self-contained one room studio/cabin. Riddells Creek is a quiet small town in lovely surrounding countryside and views of the Macedon Ranges. Close to well-known tourist areas. PLEASE NOTE: I have set a 2 night minimum stay and this is what i prefer. However in special circumstances i will consider a 1 night booking if necessary, for some reason - send me a message to discuss it.

Bidwell, a charming hideaway near Lake Daylesford

Bidwell is a peaceful country retreat in the heart of Daylesford, set privately at the back of a leafy garden allotment on a quiet road that leads down to Lake Daylesford. It is very close to the famous Amazing Mill Markets antiques emporium, and within walking distance of both the Lake and Daylesford’s main street with its shops, restaurants and cafes.
