The Barn at Weatherboard

Set among an abundant and lively garden, The Barn is our fully detached, unique guest house. The building was originally a fully functional blue stone farm barn but since owning the property we have converted the space into an open plan house, complete with kitchen, bathroom, large living area and two mezzanine bedrooms. The outside remains in its original state while the inside has been decorated with a collection of artwork and objects from our travels overseas.

Cafes within a 10min walking distance. Lovingly restored, with a close walking distance to picturesque Lake Wendouree, this is a great place to stay for those wanting to relax.

You will get the entire bright, two bedroom house on its own block. Six minutes walk to Altona train station and a further 4 minute walk to the beach with Cherry lake at the end of the street. 30 minutes train to Melbourne CBD. House offers lots of privacy and off street parking. Foxtel movies to keep you entertained. Excellent central heating and cooling. Dog friendly. Please, no parties, or you will be asked to leave.

Cosy on mair is within one block Ballarat's CBD with restaurants, shopping precinct, the information center. Also close by is the library,the train station and beautiful Lake Wendouree and its famous botanical gardens. The cottage is very centrally located and you are close to all facilities. All you need to do is just relax and enjoy the comfort of the cottage.
