Nearby is CedarCliff Falls where beautiful waterfalls and hiking await you; a paved bikepath stretches for miles in both directions and three blocks from Cedarville University. Close to the University of Dayton, shops on Brown Street, Interstate 75, the Oregon District and Downtown Dayton. South Park is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Dayton. Walk or bike anywhere. The unit below is currently undergoing work, some noise is to be expected. Only during daytime hours :)

We are also close to The Historic Clifton Mill (7 min), Young's Jersey Dairy (15 min), Yellow Springs (12 min), Greene County Fairgrounds (15 min).
