Recently reopened after two months undergoing major renovation! Previously had 110 very favorable reviews while with a different vacation rental company. The only non-five star ratings (a few 4 stars) of the 110 cited the "somewhat outdated" kitchen. That has been totally remedied with keen attention to the highest quality! Everything has been thought of for your enjoyment, even FREE pinball! You need to bring nothing except your enthusiasm for having a relaxing, stress-free and amazing time!!!

This 2 bed /1 bath beach house features a large beachside deck for enjoying coffee and sunrises, watching the kids play or just kicking your feet up to relax. Wash away your worries in a secluded Caribbean outdoor shower. Cook up a delicious meal in the kitchen, or do some grilling. Located on the north private beach section of Flagler Beach (Painters Hill), you can sit right in the backyard and experience ocean living with nothing obstructing your view. It's the perfect place for a family or a couple. Our spacious 2/2 with a full kitchen, living room and dinette will comfortably fit 4 Adults plus kids for a fun filled beach vacation.

This house has an Open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials! There is a fire pit in the backyard that leads out to a swing set, cornholes, and a screened in Heated pool with fun floats. The patio has a Monument propane grill, where you can BBQ and lounge under our pergola making fun memories.

Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.

There is also a game room to make lots of lasting memories with your family. We are only 40 minutes to Daytona & New Smyrna Beach. 45 minutes to theme parks.
