Samsula Cottage peaceful setting and relaxing

1926 Samsula cottage has a relaxed quiet beach feel. It is off highway 44 and ten minutes to the beach close to Daytona racing. The cottage sits on 10 acres room for bikes, and Rv’s. It can sleep 4. Pet friendly and there is an enclosed pet run or shed for bikes. Golfing and good restaurants are three minutes. DisneyWorld is one hour away. We have one bedroom with queen bed and one queen sleeper in the patio area. The space sleeps four. We are following cleaning guidelines recommended by Airbnb.

We have made many improvements to this prime location over the past few years. Our building is smack dab in the center of everything. You will not be disappointed! This is a single family home with a attached apartment separate entrance. I live in the main part of the house. Your space is a separate apartment. 1 bedroom with a king bed. On the other side of your house is a Livingroom with a couch bed.

1950's era house one minute walk to beach. Close to restaurants, pier, marina, lighthouse. Two bedrooms each with new queen mattresses. Full kitchen, washer/dryer. Big yard. Outdoor shower. 1 car garage and driveway. 2 car maximum. Boats, RVs or trailers are not allowed without approval prior to booking. Pets allowed, $95 pet fee. 15% weekly discount, 30% monthly discount.
