BACK TO BASIC Eco-minded self-made garden cabin

If you want to go back to basic, have an open mind and don't need perfection, then relax and enjoy our self-made garden house! We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

In a characteristic building, on the border of the lively city center you find our beautiful studio, with a lovely view on the canal and park. 1 minute walking brings you to the oldest shopping street 'Twijnstraat', Ledig Erf square & Museumkwartier. Around the corner you find cosy coffee- and winebars, café's, terraces and lots of restaurants. The trainstation with connections to Amsterdam, Schiphol and Eindhoven Airport and a direct tram to Uithof Science Park is just around the corner.

Around the corner you walk into the forest and also you can find within a walking distance the park, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Busses to Utrecht, Vianen, trainstaton Driebergen-zeist, Amersfoort, Wijk bij Duurstede and Wageningen are within 2 to 5 min walking distance. It's a 20 min bus ride to Utrecht center ('t Neude). Also close to the central highway (A12).

Of je nu wil genieten van het gezellige Zeist, gaat wandelen op de Utrechtse Heuvelrug of de bus pakt naar Utrecht, wees welkom! De studio staat in een rustige woonwijk en heeft een afgeschermde privé tuin, volledig uitgeruste keuken, wasmachine, interactieve TV, WiFi en stortdouche.

Huisje Amelisweerd is a calm, stylish guest house ideally situated for a city trip, nature getaway, or both! At less than 4 km away, the stunning old city center of Utrecht is readily accessible. Lunetten train station is also conveniently located within 1.6 km. Nestled between the twin forests of Amelisweerd and Nieuw Wulven, it affords excellent opportunities for hiking, running, boating, or cycling through the vast network of trails and nature. Perfect for a couple or family!

The apartment is the upper floor (35m2) in a historic house (1930's) . Your private space consists of 2 rooms, bathroom and walk-in cupboard. You can sleep in separate rooms if you wish. There is a kitchenette (stove, microwave, fridge). Parking space in front of house, free in weekends and free during week at Vulcanusdreef, 5 min walk. I live in the other part of the house. The house is located 10 minutes from centre by bike, 25 minutes walking. Towels are present.

Kom lekker tot rust tijdens je verblijf in deze ruime, rustgevende accommodatie. Het ruime appartement is gelegen op de eerste verdieping. Je hebt deze verdieping met woonkamer, tweepersoons slaapkamer, keuken, dakterras, werkkamer en grote badkamer helemaal voor jezelf. Geniet van het uitzicht op een weiland terwijl je met een kwartiertje fietsen midden in Utrecht op de Neude staat. Het appartement ligt in het charmante 'oude dorp' van De Bilt. Het bos is om de hoek.

Our house is beautifullly situated right on the Singel, the medieval canal surrounding the old city centre of lovely Utrecht. The studio is located on the second floor with view on the canal. It is equipped with a private bathroom and a private kitchen. The double bed and sofa provide you with the necessary comfort. It's very centrally located; just a 5 minutes walk to the city centre and public transport; only 5 minutes by bus to Utrecht Central Station.

( 2de matras voor korte periode is, indien gewenst, beschikbaar ) Badkamer : douche, wc , wastafel. Er is een eigen terrasje. Verhuur voor langere periode is mogelijk. Parkeren gratis

Private garden house with separate bathroom

A cosy, self-contained garden house with private entrance and porch overlooking a colourful garden. Only 1km away from RIVM, Utrecht Science Park with University Medical Centre Utrecht UMC and TNO, and next to the KNMI. Inside you have a separate bathroom with toilet and shower. The main room has a comfortable sofa bed, desk and kitchen unit. You have use of a microwave and private fridge. Of course there is wifi and heating.

Cozy stylish detached new studio + free bikes

We love to welcome you in our cozy detached studio in the east of Utrecht. The quiet neighborhood is just 12 min by bike to the historical citycentre (free bikes available). Your private "front house" has its own entrance and all conveniences. So you will have all privacy but if you need any help, we would love to help you out (we live nextdoor). Ps the new super (pricewinning Bruno bed) sofa bed has arrived and is installed!
