Charming and light 1930’s family house in Amstelveen, close to Amsterdam. It is a spacious and nice modern house of 150m2 with 4 bedrooms, lots of daylight and equipped with all comforts. Centrally positioned and easily accessible by car, taxi or public transport. The perfect place for a fun holiday with the whole family in this stylish space. We enjoy living here and are happy to share our house for your holiday or city trip to Amsterdam. Our cat George will be your guide during your stay.

By public transport it's around 30 minutes to museum square Amsterdam, the heart of the city...a good spot to move around. Metro+ busses in my back yard, 2 minute walk, no you can't hear that in the house. Schiphol airport Amsterdam, 30 minutes. Through the park, in front of the house are the shops, 5 minute walk. Free parking and always a spot available! A quiet and safe area in the green south of Amsterdam. No breakfast. NOT CITY CENTER of Amsterdam...that's why it's the CHEAPEST.

Spacious and bright room....two stairs. The access to Amsterdam Airport is 30 minutes as well as city center. Both connections are easy by public transport. Tram and bus station are a 1 minute walk form the house. Shopping mall across the park, few minutes walk. The house is in the green south of Amsterdam in a quiet and save area. Amsterdam Arena, Ziggo dome and AFAS live good reachable. NOT CITY CENTER of Amsterdam...that's why it's the CHEAPEST.

The house is located between the old village with lovely restaurants, best shopping mall in the area and the big forest with paddling pools, open air theatre, goat farm and much more. You can reach Amsterdam with bus, metro or tram in 15 minutes, or with a bike in 20 minutes. Schiphol airport 15min away with the bus.
