Dunes View is our lovely 4 bedroom Beach House, enjoying glorious, uninterrupted sea views from the living area and balcony and direct beach access. Perfect for families with kids, and anyone who loves fresh air, beach sports and Hot Tubs! Please note there is a £60 per stay cost to use the hot tub - this will be added to your bill after booking once we have received confirmation you wish to use this facility.

The Margate Galley Beach loft

The Galley is a 4 bedroom split level maisonette a 5 min walk from the beach. It is perfectly placed on the edge of the old town so that you can be in the heart of its restaurants and bars within a 3 min walk, and yet still get a good nights sleep. It has been renovated with a 'georgian beach house' theme that combines the buildings 19C heritage with a warm bohemian charm full of raw textures.

A characterful and charming property in the Ancient Town and Cinque Port of Rye. Recently renovated 'The Stables' is believed to have originally formed a part of Rye's original town wall and benefits from a wealth of period charm.
