Wishing Waterside Efficiency

This suite has a private entrance. It is one nice large space with a king sized bed, recliner, refrigerator, tv, walk-in closet, microwave and a coffee pot, as well as its own full bathroom with tub and shower. The suite walks out toward Hogan Creek w/ deep water access to Ohio River. There is a porch to relax. This awesome space has always been highly desired and so comfortable. There is lots of parking if you are pulling something. We know you will love it here. We have boat parking.

Welcome to the Dunn Houses on Elm Row, we are 15 mins, from CVG Airport and the Cincinnati/N.Kentucky area. We have the quaintness of a small town, but the ability to keep you busy. You can try your hand at slots, enjoy a concert, dine at one of many restaurants/bar, or enjoy nature with the bike/walking trail or the many parks locally. At the Dunn Houses, we will go out of our way to make your stay memorable. We hope when you stay with us, you experience what makes Lawrenceburg so special.

An in-home entertainment surround system will bring whatever movie you choose right into the room with you! Access to apartment is down stairs --not wheelchair accessible. Pool open 5/22-9/1

Studio Apartment w/ Beautiful View!

Come and stay a while in this charming and unique studio apartment. Located in the heart of historical Aurora, IN, you can walk to all the shops, parks and restaurants! Step out onto your private patio and enjoy your view of the Ohio River! It’s the perfect romantic getaway. We are also pet friendly so if you want to bring your furry friends we are happy to host them as well, just be aware that there is a $100 fee that covers our additional cost. Just add them with your guests at checkout.

Just a Little Lawrenceburg Parkside Basement Apt.

This is a great place to stay on a city park, with lots to do in the area. The Community Center sits in the rear and has billiards, basketball, weight room, shuffle board, ping pong, and more. The river is 5 or 6 blocks East and has a walking/biking trail. Walk to eateries, casino, race track, tennis courts, football, shopping, coffee shops, etc. The Creation museum is only a 10 minute drive. The Ark is an additional 30 minutes South. This place is special because it is in the heart.
