Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. This place has a very open concept. The kitchen is on the left side, the washer and dryer is in the same area. You have the TV room next to the kitchen on the right side. You have Wi-Fi. Wheelchair accessibility ramp and there is a small gate that leads you to the small dog park area. Bathroom with bathtub and shower. Two Bedrooms one queen and one full. Cot available. Has heating and air, Theater seating for two and two parking spaces.

It is across the street from the Tennessee River & Perryville Marina w a (free) boat ramp. Let the relaxation and/or adventures begin!

Our one bedroom house is just off the Tennessee River at Cypress Creek it’s 3 miles from Mouse Tail Landing State Park. We are 7 miles from Parsons Tn were you can find restaurants groceries etc. There’s a fresh Tennessee River catfish restaurant just across the bridge 5 minutes away. We are in a great location with several things to do from boating fishing hiking kayaking . Also the Buffalo River is close by. Loretta Lynn’s Ranch is a short 50 minutes away where they have several events .
