Our gated RV community offers a private boat ramp, community pavilion, abundant wildlife, trophy fishing & lake life sports. Bring your golf clubs and play a round at Ross Creek Landing a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. Wind down in the evening watching the sunset and sitting around the fire pit by the trailer or on the beach below.

Frankie's Cottage

There's no place like home and this whimsical cottage will surely be a place you will enjoy staying at. Plenty of land and privacy around you and plenty of space inside for a cozy get-a-way vacation or a long term stay. An interesting personal collection of Wizard of Oz memorabilia inside this cottage with water and land all around you! The mighty Tennessee River is a couple of minutes away. Sit on the porch and view the valley dreaming your day away or snuggle inside to escape the world!

River Rest

This is an amazing fully renovated cabin on almost 5 acres that you can walk right out the front door and access the water. We are located on a bay of the TN river where Tom's Creek flows in. Incredible bird watching & star gazing. Bring your kayaks, paddleboards or bass boat. When the water is up anchor out front or store at a nearby marina. There is a boat ramp on this bay although it's pretty bare bones. Mousetail Landing State Park which has newer ramps is only 13 miles away.

Tiny house cabin sits at the crystal clear Spring Creek. Lots of wildlife on 34 acre property. Cabin has Q-size bed (linens/blankets/pillows) & also a padded sleeping loft (sleeping bag/pillows). Cabin sleeps 2 Adults/2 Youths comfortably. Kitchenette has frig/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee-pot, dishes, crockpot, hotplate. High-speed internet at the Gathering Barn just a short walk away. Cell service limited. 3 miles from State Park & TN River. Lots of Western flair
