Our 600 square foot secluded carriage house is nestled in a fully private fenced in yard in the much sought-after Decatur neighborhood of Atlanta. Bright. Clean. Quiet. Trees outside of every window. You’ll feel relaxed and right at home. The queen-sized bed has a full Casper bedding system that includes Casper mattress, Casper platform & Casper pillows. Bedding also includes Peacock Alley 100% cotton sheets and Brooklinen duvet cover. Luxury sofa pulls out into a second queen-sized bed. Full bathroom with stand-up shower. Brand-new heating & cooling system with remote control to give guests complete control over temperature. High-speed Wi-Fi. Roku TV with commercial-free Hulu, Netflix & Amazon Prime TV. Television extends from wall for ideal viewing from anywhere in the room. Vinyl record player with records from various periods and Amazon Echo for music. Reading chair with magazines. Fully-equipped kitchenette with all pots, pans, dishes & accessories needed to cook a full meal. Table for two that can also be used as a work area. Separate coffee cart with coffee maker and the best freshly ground local coffee and premium teas plus microwave. Full refrigerator. Closet space to hang all of your clothes. Large chest of drawers. Full length mirror. Luggage rack for suitcase. Extra sheets, blankets and pillows for pull-out sofa bed. One dedicated off-street parking spot in driveway. Lots more free street parking just one block away. Your host will be on the property and available for anything you need during your stay, so please don’t hesitate asking. In the meantime, we value your complete privacy. The home provides a great location for exploring both Decatur and Atlanta. There are many great restaurants and shops in the area to enjoy and the MARTA train station is one block away providing direct access to downtown Atlanta. Our carriage house is also one block away from the MARTA train with a direct line to Downtown Atlanta for anyone visiting Atlanta and spending most of their time downtown. Forget about traffic and paying for parking. Stay in Decatur and take the 15-minute train ride into downtown instead.

In our Southfarthing Suite, you'll find the perfect combination of centrally located peace and quiet on a wooded private drive. Come home to a spacious walk-in apartment with all the things you need and some nice extras. The suite occupies the ground floor only with a separate entrance, as shown in the photos; the hosts occupy the rest of the home. We are close to Peachtree Creek trail, the VA hospital. Emory & CDC are 6 minutes away. Aquarium, World of Coke & Decatur are easy via car or MARTA.
