Our 200 years old traditional house is perfectly maintained and it will work as a time capsule, in which you will travel in much more authentic times, where good taste was synonymous to simplicity and people had enough time to dream. The shady garden plays the role of the conductor, sets the rules and interacts in a relaxing but at the same time demanding way. Everything takes place in or around this oasis. Ermina's House ΙΙ is a comfortable house, 7 minutes walk far from the Hydra's port. It's perfect for people wanting to be close to downtown and the local market. It is suitable for both couples and families as all the facilities, like free wifi and TV are offered. Ermina's house II consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. Last but not least, there is a veranda with a breathtaking view and a blooming garden.

Located in Kamini and only 10 minutes away from the port, our apartment is the perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself. It offers a private swimming area while being one step away from all Hydra’s famous beaches! You can also find many local restaurants -even a supermarket- nearby and enjoy your meal right by the sea! Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

Almi Guesthouse: a tiny gem, literally on the sea

Welcome to Almi Guesthouse, a tiny jem, literally on the sea. The guesthouse consists of a single open space with a traditional dome ceiling and a bathroom, a total of 18sqm. Outside there is a paved little yard which leads to the edge of the rocks. The building was reconstructed in 2019 and it is located on the underside of the road that connects the Bridge with the gates of the Castle, near Kourkoula, a natural pool.

Double bedroom apartment with private bathroom and private veranda. Part of an old mansion built in the 18th century. Recently renovated so that it can comfortably accommodate two people. At the very center of Spetses island. Five minutes walking distance from main port. Five minutes walking distance from most attractions (main market, restaurants, bars, museums, Agios Mamas beach).

An independent, fully equipped house hosting up to 4, surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden a few steps from a private stone deck. Ten minutes by car from P.Cheli village, the area offers the opportunity to make many excursions, sea sports or just relax on one of its nice beaches.

Situated at the foot of the famous rock of the Castle of Monemvasia, Kyklamino House is a typical, traditional stone house that offers a unique view. Away from the noise of the modern world, there one can relax and enjoy the small things of life.
