Our seaside house is located 10min outside Preveza within an area 5000sqm of olive groves and 50 meters from one of the best beaches of Preveza, Monolithi. It offers stunning views of the Ionian Sea with unique sunsets. Ideal for those who love the tranquility and relaxation that nature offers, it can accommodate 6-7 people. It has 3 bedrooms, open plan lounge with kitchen, all with views and access to the terrace,2 bathrooms one of them situated on the terrace and 2 showers outside. Car needed.

Νυμφαίο, Καστοριά,Φλώρινα,λύκοι,αρκούδες,λύγκες,προιστορικοι οικισμοί, σπήλαια δράκων,οινογευσια και υψηλή γαστρονομία.Να πάτε ιππασία, κανοε καγιάκ και πεζοπορία στο δάσος , στα καταπράσινα γεμάτα πηγές μονοπάτια της Ειρήνης (Paths of Peace) !!

Το σπίτι μου βρίσκεται στους Ψαράδες, στο μοναδικό ελληνικό παραλίμνιο χωριό στη Μεγάλη Πρέσπα. Έχει προνομιούχα θέση με θέα στον οικισμό, στη λίμνη και στο ηλιοβασίλεμα. Χτίστηκε το 1933,είναι πέτρινο, με εσωτερική ξύλινη σκάλα και ξύλινα πατώματα. Στον όροφο διαθέτει δύο μεγάλα υπνοδωμάτια, μπάνιο, καθιστικό και μπαλκόνι με ατελείωτη θέα. Στον κάτω όροφο διαθέτει σαλόνι με τραπέζι ροτόντα και χώρο κουζίνας-τραπεζαρίας. Είναι ευρύχωρο και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα παρέες και οικογένειες.

Σας καλωσορίζουμε στο Arillas View στην Πέρδικα Θεσπρωτίας.Η τοποθεσία είναι ήσυχη, περιτριγυρισμένη απο ελαιόδεντρα με πανοραμική θεα σε τρεις θαυμασιες παραλίες (καραβοστασι, σταυρολιμενα, αριλλα) του Ιονίου πελάγους, καθώς επισης αντικρίζουμε Παξούς, Αντίπαξους και Κέρκυρα. Σε πολυ κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν αρκετες επίλογες τοσο για παραλίες και εστιατόρια όσο για εκδρομές και εξορμήσεις στη φυση (Σύβοτα, Παργα, Αχέροντα).
