Peaceful countryside stone cottage, Evia island

Our house is a traditional stone house in Zarakes, a picturesque old village on the south of island Evia. It has a nice garden surrounded by a beautiful nature. There are a lot of nice routes to walk and the agean sea is only 5 km away. Our house is situated on a beautiful and peaceful site with impressive view at the old village. We will be very happy to host you and offer you an enjoyable accomodation and to give you tips about the best destinations around Zarakes, tavernas, nice beaches etc.

Alta Vista Guest House

An enchanting guest house of 38 sqm located high on the mountain, in the village Promyri, definitely stands out for the incredible view it offers to the sea and Skiathos island. Promyri is located in the southern part of the peninsula, at the northern foothills of Mount Mavro Vouno at an altitude of 128 meters. It is about 55 km from Volos and about 15 km from Argalasti. It is a stone-built village and the main road bypasses the village, so that it is quiet and there is no traffic.

It shares the same entrance to the garden with “Lida”, the larger of our two guest houses (feel free to visit this listing for a more spacious option).

This is a spacious private guest apartment located 15 mins by car from Athens International airport and 30mins by car from Athens city center. With a fully equipped kitchenette, private bathroom and parking space. Also, there is a thermal spa center at 250m walking distance with reasonable prices.
