Our cozy cabin has all the modern accommodations you'd expect in a vacation home paired with the outdoor amenities that make this vacation home a peaceful dream come true! Interior amenities include: WiFi, TV with cable, Nespresso Coffee Maker and Pods, Washer/Dryer, Gas Fireplace, Full Set of Pots & Pans, Pull-Out Sofa, Towels & Linens included in stay. Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Whatever you choose, this house is a great pick for the nature lover in everyone!

1930's cottage with spectacular views. Fully stocked and situated on a stretch of Upper Delaware river rapids near Narrowsburg, NY. Heat/AC system, fireplace, solo stove, barbecue and porch. There are 7 acres with river views and access . River is a couple hundred yards from cottage, lots of lawn, hammock, kayaking, lawn games, board games, hiking, fire pits, lots to do or just relax.
