We've provided the basics so that it can be your home away from home: fully functioning kitchen, coffee options, hi speed internet, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, bedding, roku with tv, and board games. 1/2 mile to shops & dining or a walk along the river, 1 mile to BSU. Close the day grilling out while you watch the gorgeous sunset.

Our guests visit Ball State, Minnetrista Cultural Center, Downtown shops and eateries, as well as walk or bike to the White River Greenway. Many have participated in Ironman or choose to do an extended stay for work. We are in an urban 4-plex apt. building. Expect to hear noises.

This home went through a complete interior remodel / exterior facelift in 2019 and offers modern accommodations paired with historic charm. The heart of downtown is just a 5 minute walk away. The property features 3 units and you have the entire unit #2 to yourself. This property also conveniently features a large onsite parking lot for easy arrival.
