Delightful Cabin with Extras

Come to beautiful Delaware County and settle into serene and comfortable surroundings for a restorative getaway in any season at this lovely Bovina cabin. Enjoy the hot tub, wrap-around deck, firepit, and pristine pond on 8 acres of rolling hillside property. *Notes: While our Air BnB Plus photo shoot was taken in winter, the cabin is a fantastic year-round respite, beautiful in every season. Also - each adult beyond 2 is $25 per night, but we do not charge for children, so do not include kids in your guest # (but let us know). Inside this 2- bdrm Catskills cabin, you'll find an open living/kitchen space with comfy couches and wood stove. Outside, there's a wrap-around deck with grill and hot tub. The cabin sits mountainside on eight beautiful acres of meadows, forest, a fantastic swimming pond and a fire pit. Swimming pond, deck, grill, fire pit, outdoor hot tub, wi-fi, and great local dining and festivals. Nearby farm stands, hiking, skiing, fishing, golf, tennis, and low-key town pool (in Andes). Amazing beef cattle are just down the road, so if you'd like some for the grill, we can put it in the fridge! We live right up the road so are readily available to answer all of your questions and provide whatever we can to make your stay memorable. The cabin is on Bramley Mountain in the beautiful town of Bovina Center. Neighboring farms offer organic veggies, grass-fed meat, cheese, and milk. The town also has top-rated Catskill dining, including Brushland Eating House, Table on Ten, and the Mountain Brook Inn. We're three hours from NYC by car. A beautiful ride! Buses also run regularly from Port Authority to nearby Andes or Delhi, so if you don't have a car, we're happy to pick you up. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed and 1 full bed), blow-up bed, games, books, DVDs and video streaming access.

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Tiny glamping cabin with mineral spring hot tub

This off grid, alternative powered site is located towards the front of a large twelve acre estate, alongside a flowing brook. Elevated over a natural spring that flows year round, the Japanese inspired aesthetics of this private, tiny cabin sits perched atop a deck among the wooded trees overlooking the waterway the mineral spring feeds, but not before filling the in-ground, cedar lined, two person, bubbling hot tub heated with a wood burning stove. One of two glamping sites on the 12 acres.

Andes Valley View

This home is a beautiful mix of cozy and modern. You’ll love cooking in the kitchen and taking in the view from the second story deck. The property is stunning, with wide meadows and dense woods. There are 140 acres to explore and utilize for events like weddings or a retreats. There is a half acre pond with a pond house at the top of the property and a trout stream running along the bottom. It’s everything you could hope for in a Catskills getaway, all nestled overlooking the town of Andes.

Parkston Schoolhouse

Relax and unwind in this historic converted one-room schoolhouse. Built in 1870, the Parkston Schoolhouse served all grade levels in the Livingston Manor area. The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.

The Mill House: An Enchanting Stream-Side Retreat

Nestled in the heart of the Catskills and just a 2.5-hour drive from NYC, escape to the perfect fall retreat where you can reconnect with nature and enjoy the serene beauty of the season. This historic gem underwent a recent restoration, marrying its saw mill heritage with contemporary luxuries, including a Nest thermostat, smart speakers, keyless entry, and fast wifi. The quiet town of Hamden is a relaxing place to unwind and this upstairs apartment is designed for long term stays. The inn is just a ten-minute drive from conveniences including a pharmacy, grocery store and a weekly farmer's market.

Half Moon: Fairytale Catskills Retreat

Enjoy nature in style at this fairytale in the forest. This idyllic escape combines whimsical structures, curated gathering spaces and a private wooded hillside surrounded by hiking trails and quaint towns. Disclaimer: This is a rustic cabin. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.
