Just a 2 hr drive from NYC, Inn at Tyler Hill is a country escape where guests can embrace the simple pleasures that come with being surrounded by nature and only 10 min from the Delaware River. Guest enjoy complimentary daily farm to table breakfasts year round. We provide a seasonal (5/15-9/15) weekend dinner shuttle to/ from Callicoon (12min) & weekend happy hour round of drinks on our patio. We can arrange local activities & reservations. Our goal is for guests to feel cared for like family!

Rocky Ledges

Our house was a historic cottage, built in the 1880s. We built a new house around the cottage. We are Artists and our guest bedrooms are in a sense galleries. Guests have the entire second floor, 2 bedrooms, perfect for couples who are traveling together & families with teenagers. The back is the private entrance to the stairs. We live on a quiet and pleasant dead end street. The views of the Catskills & gardens are awesome. Located near Hunter Mountain Festivals, Woodstock & Katterskill Falls.

Lucy's Log Cabin Cottage in the Woods

Cozy guest suite attached to main house in log cabin village. Full kitchen, dining area, wood stove, comfy queen bed, walk-in closet, games, 100 movies. Walk-in shower & built-in seat. Laundry room with door to deck area, bistro tables, firepit. The vaulted living room has pull-out love seat for one sleeper, TV [ROKU, You Tube TV, HULU, Netflix, Amazon, Disney], Blu-Ray player and Google Nest Mini. Enjoy breakfast items like fresh eggs, juice, milk, bread, coffee, tea and our homemade pizzelle.

Peaceful, country setting on Fountain Hill Farm

Settled in the heart of Lancaster County and Amish County, this cozy apartment has a private entrance and offers you a full sized kitchen and living/dining area. Enjoy a step back from the frantic pace of life to relax in this peaceful, rural setting. Grocery Stores and Restaurants are 5 minutes from here. The historical towns of Intercourse and Strasburg (15 min.) offer tourist attractions. These include the Sight and Sound Theater, The kitchen Kettle , Buggy rides and more.

The Carlisle House - Ewing Room

For your comfort, this front room has been equipped with a burl wood four poster king bed, work desk with Ethernet and wireless internet connections. A double in-room whirlpool bath with twin showers offers you enjoyment by the light of the early 1930s pewter chandelier, and a private half bath completes the room. The ornamental fireplace, the marbleized slate mantle, 11 foot ceilings with both crown and chair moldings, lend an appropriate period touch to the decor of this dramatic room.

Spacious & Private Hudson Valley Getaway

Welcome to Marlboro! This private space in our home features a private entrance, private bathroom with a nice standing shower, eating area (not a kitchen) with tea kettle and coffee machine, toaster, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. There is a table and chairs, love seat couch that transforms into a small cot, queen bed, walk in closet and 55 inch smart TV with a full motion TV stand. We are permitted to operate in the town of Marlboro and a yearly fire inspection is conducted.

The Barn on Stoney Hollow

Escape to our converted barn nestled amongst an old 12 acres egg farm in the Poconos. The cabin was built by Denis Wilkens from reclaimed wood sourced from the original buildings, found timber and garnished by local artisan pieces. This cabin is perfect for a romantic getaway, cozy ski weekend, writers den or even yoga retreat. The property is surrounded by evergreens and has a grass lawn, charcoal bbq and a large fire circle. Paradise Amish Guesthouse

The Paradise Amish Guesthouse is located on a typical Amish family rural property in central Lancaster County. John & Sarah have 5 children aged 12 & up. There are horses & chickens, as well as a large vegetable garden out back. A tour of the property may be available if time allows (please ask if interested). There will be other opportunities for interaction depending on the length of your stay, time of year & the family schedule.

Located on 7 acres in Beacon, NY, our place is a short ride to Main Street and family-friendly activities including art galleries, restaurants, museums, hiking and sightseeing. The nightlife is lively especially on Second Saturday, and you are only little over an hour by train to NYC. You'll love the secluded ridge location, and your friendly host and hostess.
