Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

We are a working farm with horses, donkeys, llamas, goats, sheep, peacocks, chickens, ducks, honey bees, cats and dogs. We have trailer parking. Nature trail through our woods with a stream. Tour farm to meet the farm animals, tour the innkeeper's art on the property. Walk through our woods along our stream. Nearby Knoebel's Amusement Park, AOActivities Area, Bloomsburg Fairgrounds and Bloomsburg University, Weiser State Forest nearby and reservoir for kayaking. There is a 2 night minimum stay.

Nestled outside of Frenchtown, 15 from New Hope/Lambertville, an hour from New York and Philly, the cottage is a utopian respite to decompress and connect with the land.

It’s everything you could hope for in a Catskills getaway, all nestled overlooking the town of Andes.

Relax and unwind in this historic converted one-room schoolhouse. Built in 1870, the Parkston Schoolhouse served all grade levels in the Livingston Manor area. The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.

Located in Amish country & about 10 minutes from great shopping, guests can wake up to peace, quiet and a countryside view. An original Candlewood style cabin. The house has been updated to offer all modern comforts. It features a large fireplace in the living room, porch over looking the lake, central heat and air conditioning and a fully equipped cook's kitchen. It is on the northern most part of Candlewood Lake with direct, private water access from the shore or the dock. A foam lily pad, two SUP, and two inflatable two person kayaks are available for use from May 1 to November 1..

The cabin is located on a dirt road on our farm with a beautiful pond and an amazing view! This off-grid, cabin has two queen beds (100% cotton sheets), a mini-kitchen with a battery-ignition gas range, solar powered refrigerator, solar lighting, a wood stove, an outdoor shower, a fire pit, and an old-fashioned outhouse. An expansive porch and dock provide comfortable outdoor living. A seasonal favorite, the cabin is available May-Oct.
