SandyPaws Cottage at Big Stone Beach on the DE bay

This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

Peaceful, secluded, tranquil, yet close to attractions. Our home is located at the more private (i.e. no crowds) southern end of Broadkill. The boardwalk in front of our home leads to the beach path access across the street. You will enjoy views from both the front and back decks: including the beach & Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge. Treetops beach getaway walkable to beach/boardwalk

East of Route 1, equidistant to both Rehoboth & Dewey beaches, about 1/2 mile easy bike/walk. Brand new for 2021, this fully equipped guest suite offers a private entrance, bedroom with a king bed on an adjustable frame, full bath, laundry, and a kitchenette. There is NO STOVE in this unit but we have provided a microwave and toaster oven for easy beach meal prep. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing. Please note that this unit is strictly limited to 2 mature adults.

Delightful Skoolie Near Bethany Beach

Try tiny living! Come to the Delaware beach for a unique glamping experience. The Coastal Cruiser is a 1985 Thomas School Bus turned tiny home. Spend your days exploring the Delaware Coast and come home to a rustic Skoolie with a full kitchen & outdoor area. You have access to fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area. We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.

The Winkler

The Winkler is a comfortable fully equipped 1BR / 1 BA apartment above our detached 3 garage @ The Tree House. Nestled in lush trees and landscaping in the Rehoboth Beach Country Club. Named after Henry Winkler who played the Fonz on Happy Days, (because he lived in the apt. over the Cunningham's garage). The apartment offers privacy and separation from the main house. Giving you an opportunity to make it your home away from home at the beach. Come Enjoy!!

Beachfront home w/ unobstructed bay views. Your group will enjoy front-row seats to breathtaking sunrises & water views from the elevated LR and wrap-around deck. The expansive deck with grill & fire table is a great place to sip your morning coffee or gather for dinner & enjoy the unobstructed sights & sounds of the bay. Welcome to Good Earth's Camping Field! - Market and restaurant onsite - 4.7 miles from Bethany Beach - Bathhouse and outdoor shower - small RVs and Vans ok but no hook ups - Solo stoves and picnic tables. ​ - Dogs welcomed, must be leashed - Some shade in the afternoon - There is a lot of stuff going on the property (people around) it’s not a secluded campground but a beautiful open field area.

No property is closer to the beach! Huge deck with ocean views, Quiet and peaceful getaway. This is a first floor unit of a beachfront house located right next to Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge. 20 min drive from Lewes, Rehoboth beach & Dewey beaches. Broadkill Beach convenience store nearby, shopping center ~ 10 min away. Kayaks are available free of charge with advance notice.
