Welcome to our tranquil lakeside house in Milton, Delaware! We're delighted to host you in this serene getaway where you can enjoy the beauty of nature, explore the charming town of Milton, and indulge in local attractions like the famous Dogfish Head Brewery and nearby beaches. We are also a short driving distance to both Sports at the Beach and The Turf. For travel health providers, we are about 17 minutes to Bayhealth (Milford) Hospital and about 20 mins to Beebe Hospital, traffic depending.

Come and relax in the comfort of this new beautifully appointed coastal beach home located less than 1.5 miles from the beach in Bethany. Home features vaulted ceilings, open living space for the entire family, and a large covered deck. We allow up to two dogs for your stay. Top it off with a short 2 minute walk to the entrance of the Fred Hudson Road Trail nature preserve or access the community dock on the Salt Pond at the end of the street for kayaking, paddle boarding, crabbing and fishing.

The grounds feature lush perennial gardens, an old-growth forest, native wetlands, and a serene 1-acre pond. Estate sized pool & private spa/hot tub.

Rest a Shore - 4BR -rent monthly in off-season

This newly remodeled 4BR home is located in the quiet, gated community of Angola by the Bay. Bring your family, boat, kayaks, and bikes and you won't have to leave the community that includes a pool, tennis courts, bocce courts, basketball court, and walking paths! If you do leave, you are located just a short drive from Rehoboth Beach. *After booking, you will need to sign HOA agreement before you arrive for your stay. This is sent through Docusign. (Boat launch for a fee- please see below)

The Bay Pearl House is spacious, comfortable, sun-filled, colorful and functional in a unique water front community, one block from the water. Tasteful beachy decor includes blue herons, flamingos, seahorses and geckos and 10 original photos of water scenes from 5 of the 7 continents of the world taken by the owner. Sun catchers on windows create rainbow-colored lighting streams around the house from sunrise to sunset, adding dynamic bursts of shape and color to enjoy, surprise and delight!

DISCOUNT Low-season Rates - monthly This comfortable family vacation let is perfect for walking and biking safely on the quiet streets and wooded and waterfront nature trails. Bring your kayaks or launch your boat at the neighborhood ramp for an excursion down Herring Creek to the Rehoboth Bay. A community center with a salt-water pool (ten passes included) is a short walk away on a wooded path. From the property, a short drive delivers you to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping.
