This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

You will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally-located home. The rear deck and grill are great for enjoying time outside. There's a fenced rear yard, making this home a perfect choice for man's best friend. We welcome dogs of any breed, size, and weight. We do offer size-specific pet amenities, so please share a photo of your dog when booking, or provide a basic description so we can set out appropriate amenities. Patrick's Creekside is free to your pooches - barking allowed, 420 friendly on your private deck, half a mile to the bike trail. Private entry to this 2nd story (2rm,2beds/queen bed & full sofa bed) 1 BR apartment with one full bathroom for a max of 4 humans and a handful of dogs. A good fit if you don’t mind who gets the sofa bed with bathroom access thru the master. Mini kitchen:Keurig, fridge, coffee, crockpot, backyard with little trail! Check out Timmy’s Treeside also.

Delightful Skoolie Near Bethany Beach

Try tiny living! Come to the Delaware beach for a unique glamping experience. The Coastal Cruiser is a 1985 Thomas School Bus turned tiny home. Spend your days exploring the Delaware Coast and come home to a rustic Skoolie with a full kitchen & outdoor area. You have access to fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area. We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.

Is a perfect spot for having a great time with family, friends or couples. Sandpiper Village its located between Rehoboth Beach (3.5miles) and Lewes (4 miles). Our condo unit includes free parking, full kitchen, living room, dining room, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Youtube TV /wi-fi. We supply sheets and towels.

Fully equipped kitchen, AC, fireplace, community outdoor pool, jogging/hiking path, 9 hole golf course. NON-SMOKING UNIT. Enjoy dinner and drinks on the enclosed rear porch and take in the view. 5 miles to Bethany Beach, 12 miles to Ocean City, 17 miles to Rehoboth Beach. I will allow one dog and the pet fee is $200.

THE RIVER HOUSE @ DE TURF ! 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths, this home accommodates large groups traveling to Delaware Turf for soccer, lacrosse and field hockey tournaments. Four living areas and a central kitchen, multiple families can use this home at the same time. 2 sets of bunks in each bunk room! The river view is outstanding from the picture window in the family room! This home is less than a mile from the turf fields and 30 minutes to the resort beaches!
