1st floor of completely renovated turn of the century farmhouse on over 1/2 an acre of peacefulness located right off of route 1 and across the street from the DART Bus Station where you can hop on the bus to Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey Beach every 30 minutes. Centrally located to drive to all coastal Delaware beaches, restaurants, and shopping. **Sound deafening insulation in the ceiling; however, you may hear some noise from upstairs guests. Enjoy a peaceful stay in our cabin set in the edge of the woods. The cabin is 100 feet from our house, and has its own gravel driveway along the woods. We are located in a rural area on 8 acres . You are welcome to explore and enjoy our property. We are located 30 miles from Delaware beaches. When requesting to book, please include a brief message telling us who is coming (max 2 guests) and the purpose for your travel plans. Requests without this basic info won’t be approved.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Lovely off the beaten path bay house. Enjoy nature. Bird watch if you are lucky you may see dolphins. bring your fishing pole or kayak. this beach is not good for swimming. Rehoboth beach is about 45 minutes away De turf Spots Complex about 15 minutes away. only 1 dog Preferably under 30 lbs but we'll make exceptions.
