You have full use of the patio with a barbecue, full high end kitchen with the best appliances including Viking stove, A Beautiful dining area and living room with gas fireplace and smart TV and a den on the main floor with another Smart TV . Upstairs is the bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Someone who’s offsite will be available as needed The house sits on a tree-lined street in a quiet, family neighbourhood one block away from public transportation and a short walk from a food market, Starbucks coffee, a local wine shop, and a delicious ice cream parlour. Parking if you have a car is right in front of the house on our quiet street. Spacious and private 1500 sq ft 3 bedroom/1.5 bathroom first floor apartment, backing on to the beautiful Delta Nature Reserve. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen. In the separate living room there is a work desk and windows which offer views of the forest. 20 minutes from the airport. Easy access to highway 91 north to Vancouver and south to White Rock and the US border. Centrally located in the GVRD. This is a family home and the hosts live upstairs. It is not suitable for parties.
