Two single beds share the same space as living room. Great retreat after a long day of fishing, or hanging out with family and friends. Be back fast to unwind by the firepit.

This family-friendly spacious lakefront home with dock is located on a peninsula and boasts water access on three sides of the property. Park your boat at your own personal dock using the boat ramp located directly across from the property. This property has room for 13 people, but there is also access to an air mattress. Enjoy the 3 huge porches, fire pit, paddle boat, hammocks and swings, fishing, drop in your kayak or paddle board straight off the property and head out to Lake Marion.

My place is close to restaurants, shopping, movie theaters and parks. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, the coziness. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Great place to stay when in Aiken or Augusta, GA for local events such as sports tournaments, Master's Golf Tournament, Aiken Triple Crown in March, or on business at SRS. Perfect family vacation retreat at Lake Marion, SC

Great family escape! Enjoy our beach, dock and boat ramp as well as our game room and fully stocked kitchen. This is the complete family reunion location! We purchased our lake home, built in 1980, in 2009 and began renovation. We updated the kitchen and baths, plus new carpet, tile, windows, appliances, and a complete update to the exterior with new landscaping. We also replaced the dock and the seawall. It has been a journey and we hope you love our house as much as we do!
