Slide Mountain Chalet

Welcome to Slide Mountain Chalet! Slide Mountain is the highest peak in the Catskills and this chalet is at an elevation of 2,100 ft! Enjoy 2 acres of beautiful moss-covered Hemlock forest on the property, which is located on one of the most scenic drives through the Catskills. Stargaze on the front porch, listen for one of the several species of owls, hang out by the firepit in the back yard nestled amongst large boulders, or fish the Neversink River for some of the best Trout in the Country!

Phoenicia Cozy Yurt - Spring! Sweet Spring!

5 minutes from Phoenicia. A comfy Yurt for 2 amid wild elderberries, peach trees, a goldfish pond and forested hills. A private back meadow for sun worshiping and meditation. Cold, UV purified mountain spring water. Skiers welcome: Cozy heat in the Yurt down to 10 below! The gas fired hot shower is glass enclosed and solar warmed on sunny mornings. 12v & 110v electric & fast WiFi. Odor-free, cedar, maple, and mahogany composting toilet. Mini-kitchen with tasty treats. Fire circle and gas grill.

Spring Spa on a Cascading Brook - The Water House

The brook flows through an evergreen forest creating a nourishing environment and the perfect setting for a relaxing and rejuvenating spa retreat. The living/dining room, hot tub/deck, and gas fire pit are set overlooking the cascading brook, ideal for entertaining, meditating or simply as an enjoyable natural muse. The soft, cozy and elegantly vintage styled interior is illuminated and warmed with central heating, ambient lighting and a home surround sound entertainment system with karaoke.

Parkston Schoolhouse

Relax and unwind in this historic converted one-room schoolhouse. Built in 1870, the Parkston Schoolhouse served all grade levels in the Livingston Manor area. The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.

Situated within minutes of the Ashokan Rail Trail, this bike and walking trail offers dramatic vistas of the Ashokan Reservoir. Woodstock & Phoencia with their stores, galleries and restaurants are only 15 minute drives . Local recreation includes hiking trails, kayaking and for those looking for relaxation there are renowned spas.

Catchers Pond is perched atop a hill with views overlooking a private pond featuring a swim platform, dock, Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, fire pit and a fruit orchard of peach, pear and apple.
