The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Slide Mountain Chalet

Welcome to Slide Mountain Chalet! Slide Mountain is the highest peak in the Catskills and this chalet is at an elevation of 2,100 ft! Enjoy 2 acres of beautiful moss-covered Hemlock forest on the property, which is located on one of the most scenic drives through the Catskills. Stargaze on the front porch, listen for one of the several species of owls, hang out by the firepit in the back yard nestled amongst large boulders, or fish the Neversink River for some of the best Trout in the Country!

Just the perfect cabin. This newly built, passive solar house has a wood-burning stove, incredible views and is drenched with light. The house is intimate yet connected to the outside, with total seclusion and every imaginable modern convenience! It’s an architect-designed marvel of concrete, glass and reclaimed wood that sits on 135 acres of field and forest with a lovely swimming pond and miles of hiking trails. The cabin sleeps up to 6 people in two bedrooms and a spacious sleeping loft.

Daydream on our hammock or dine alfresco taking advantage of our barbeque. On a clear night, it is easy to stargaze up through the tall trees, perhaps while toasting marshmallows fireside.

Catchers Pond is perched atop a hill with views overlooking a private pond featuring a swim platform, dock, Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, fire pit and a fruit orchard of peach, pear and apple. It is perfectly secluded and close to everything you might need for your stay being just 5 minutes outside Mountaindale. Its rustic, charming and wild. A great place to slow down, reconnect and watch seasons change. The cabin sits on 55 quiet acres with no other houses in sight.

A Secluded Catskills Getaway: The Red Hill House

Situated on five acres inside the Catskills Park alongside a babbling brook, this mountain escape is perfect for couples, a friends retreat, or family getaway. Wake up with pour over coffee and take in the fresh air with a trek through our woods or the nearby Red Hill Fire Tower hike. Later, enjoy a nap in the hammock followed by a nighttime bonfire. Or put on a record and get cozy indoors with the woodburning stove and a variety of board games!

An easy 15 min drive to Livingston Manor for great restaurants, shopping and activities. Pet friendly.

We are quick hop to Slide Mountain, Giant Ledge, and many other trailheads. We are within 20 minutes of Frost Valley YMCA, Peekamoose Restaurant, Belleayre ski hills, and Phoenicia. This cabin is a perfect home base for outdoor adventure, and also a peaceful respite.
