The Fallon House: Cottage - Walkable to the Square

Only 8 minutes walking distance from the Denton Square (or >5 on the tandem bike!), The Fallon House is the perfect base for visiting Denton's best restaurants, bars, and shops. Nestled behind a Craftsman home on a quaint street, The Fallon House is a thoughtfully designed standalone cottage, and offers anything you may need for a private retreat. The Fallon House features a bedroom with a King bed and a Queen sleeper sofa, making it ideal for a romantic hideout or small family retreat.

The She Shed

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The She Shed is a replica of the shop my husband’s grandfather used to run. We repurposed the old memories into new memories. The ceiling beam was used to pull motors out of vehicles. The shop’s original sliding door & chain is used as a backdrop behind the TV. The old office wooden wall is the accent wall in the bedroom. The pool table light is an old converted chicken brooder. The paintings are by his uncle who was born here.

The Cafe Solo Cottage

The Cafe Solo Cottage is a secluded Studio apartment located in the heart of Denton. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood but still only a 5 min drive from TWU and downtown Denton with its famous and diverse options for food, music and nightlife. The Cottage is a stand alone apt with all the amenities you could need, including full bath, kitchenette, queen sized sofa bed and love seat, flat screen TV, and more. Splashy Studio on Dalton

Kick back and relax in this brand new calm, stylish studio. Located off of Interstate 35, this is a prime location for taking a quick trip down to Dallas or to the UNT college campus. Our guests will enjoy a private unit with a walk in shower, full size appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and complete blackout shades for those that work nights or like to sleep during the day. This space would be ideal for parents visiting their children at UNT or traveling healthcare professionals.

Idiot's Hill Guest House

Our guest house is in the heart of Denton, a block east of the Bell Avenue Historic District, with all the amenities to make your time in Denton relaxing and meaningful. This private, smoke and pet free retreat offers natural light and your own designated parking spot. Stay within two miles of UNT, TWU and the unique Denton Square. You will enjoy unique features that will make you feel at home including a stocked kitchen and a record player with music from local Denton bands.

The pool house

Relax and unwind at this centrally located retreat in the heart of Carrollton! Right off the PGBT highway, mere minutes to shopping, dining and recreation! only a two minute walk to Carrollton's Blue trail, boasting miles of scenic pathways. Cool off in the extra deep pool or lounge in the tanning deck and hot tub. This suite has everything you need to unwind, including a brand new soaking tub in the renovated large bathroom. There's even a bidet and high end espresso machine!

In-Law Suite on large private property

Quick 30 min. drive from DFW Airport. Abundant amounts of recreation - adjacent to Pilot Knoll Park with; Horse Trails, Boating, Fishing, Kayaking & Paddleboarding. Rental recommendations upon request. Casual & fine dining, along with great shopping at The Shops of Highland Village, all with 5 minutes. Jump into the hot tub & gaze at the stars. Due to severe allergies, I am unable to host any animals regardless of status as a pet, service animal, or emotional support.

Cozy and private, this cottage is 7 minutes from Denton's historic square and minutes away from restaurants, shopping and other activities. If you're looking for a little hideaway, this place is for you! Sit on the porch and enjoy a cup of coffee or go for an evening stroll. It is ready for any season! The cottage provides covered parking, Smart TV, full kitchen for cooking, and washer and dryer units.

Randy's Retreat with pool and hot tub!!

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

The Eagle’s Nest - cozy guest house with a pool

Super clean backyard guesthouse with full kitchen, bath and loft bed area. Includes use of pool/spa, outdoor fire pit, play area! Close to DFW airport, UNT, TWU, Texas Motor Speedway with access to all of DFW. Note: beds are in open ladder loft. Guests must be able to climb steep ladder for access. Sofa (sleeps 1) and/or air mattress available downstairs. We do not allow outside guests, gatherings or parties in the space or yard.
