This 2,000 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is located in a quiet neighborhood with manicured landscaping, fenced yard, outdoor grill, and sitting area with fire pit. Full kitchen includes refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher and place settings for 8 or more as well as pots and pans for cooking. Located 4 mins (driving) from the Historic Denton County courthouse square, 5 mins from TWU and 8 mins from UNT. Lake Lewisville and Lake Ray Roberts are 15-20 mins.

KittyHaus

Welcome to KittyHaus! Located in a quiet tree-lined street 10 minutes from downtown Denton and 1 minute from Loop 288, it's the perfect mix of tranquility and city life. And cats! "The Fallon House: Craftsman" is the Main home on the property, with "The Fallon House: Cottage" nestled directly behind (available to book separately), making this the perfect landing place for small or large groups, alike! A cozy fireplace, serene secondary bedroom, rainfall shower, and lush primary bedroom provide guests with a luxurious getaway - for a weekend or for a while.

The Haven C - 丹顿温馨干净的公寓

This is a well furnished one bedroom apartment. It has one bathroom with a shower/bath combination and a washer and dryer. It has a well furnished kitchen, dining table and large closet. It is perfect for extended stays. There is a queen sized sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. We are close to I-35. There are two parking spaces right outside the front door. Well behaved pets are welcome. We use a commercial UV light to sanitize, along with a rigorous cleaning protocol.

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!
