Enter 6 acre property through gated entrance, across creek bridge, to guest house, enjoy amenities from internet with wifi, Tesla EV charger, front patio area with seating & grill, covered gazebo area with seating, fire pit & tv over looking small creek, pet friendly fenced in area, the inside of guest house is warm and inviting with 12' tall living room area ceiling with lots of windows for that open feeling, full kitchen area, stackable washer and dryer, 2 individual bedrooms and 1 full bath.

House of Blue: A cozy & convenient 2 bedroom.

House of Blue is a cottage on our property offering two queen bedrooms & 1.5 baths. The outdoor area features front porch seating, back deck seating, fire pit, picnic table, optional grill & plenty of lighting at night. Please note: There are stairs to enter home and there may be noise from vehicles passing by. Our home is convenient to Combine Academy, the hospital, drivable to downtown & many wedding venues such as Crowe Mansion. It’s a mile to Hwy 321, 20 mins to I-85 & 20 mins to I-40.

Welcome to our secluded lakeside sanctuary on the shores of Lake Norman! Tucked away amidst tranquil woods, this stylish home offers the ultimate escape for couples seeking relaxation and adventure, with a touch of family-friendly charm. From cozying up inside on the king bed or by the fireplace, to gliding along the lake in a paddleboard or gazing at stars near the firepit, our home offers endless opportunities for a couples getaway, ensuring a truly unforgettable lakeside experience for all.

Cozy Guesthouse on the Lake

A peaceful, quiet cover on the lake with lots of lake toys! Relax by the firepit or on the swing under the deck, or take a dip in the lake. You can also enjoy our kayaks, our paddleboard, or one of our several floats to lounge the day away! We have several life jackets available for various sizes but best to bring your own if you need one for a little one. You have your own space on a shared property. The owners live in the main house and happy to help as little or as much as needed!

Serenity Cove

Beautiful, brand new, upscale waterfront home on quiet cove close to big water. Enjoy all that Lake Norman has to offer!! Very close to The Landing restaurant and other waterfront restaurants. Boat / jet ski rentals available. Wide array of nearby amenities - shopping, restaurants, US National Whitewater Center, short drive to Uptown Charlotte. Cozy cabin in the woods. You can anchor in and enjoy the peaceful quiet of the cove, sit by the fire, laze in the hammock. Or take advantage of being centrally located to many Lake Norman amenities. You'll have a personal dock to moor your own boat. Nearby marinas offer boat/jetski/paddle board rentals. There is a canoe and kayak on premises as well as various sized life jackets. Restaurants from pizza to upscale lake view dining are all close by. Full kitchen if you prefer to cook here.

ROYAL GOOSE 1- bedroom treehouse.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The threehouse is very close to the town of Charlotte North Carolina. It is 20 minutes drive to Charlotte. My goal is to have travelers leave our treehouse with a feeling of total satisfaction. The treehouse is a little bit more than 200 ft.² and is located at the end of our property so any needs from our guest will be met in the promptly manner. It is located at the outskirts of our property , it’s private but it is not secluded.
