Maple Creek Cottage

Unwind at our cozy studio cottage on 5 private acres with lush trails, a peaceful creek, rock sculptures, a firepit, deck, and open spaces for stargazing. We value a private setting and will be available next door in the main house if you need us. It is a short walk to a nearby farm with cows, donkeys, goats, and a fantastic farm stand (Pumpkin Patch from Sept-Oct!) Just 8 mins to Oquaga Creek State Park for hiking and swimming, 10 to Deposit for fly fishing, antiques, and other charming towns.

The River House on the upper West Branch

Located right on the upper West branch of the Delaware River and just 1 mile from route 17 the "River house" is a fully restored and renovated 90 year old bright and open home. Great trout fishing or just relax and watch the water roll by from almost every window. The property includes 3 decks, one right at the rivers edge. The house is fully equipped to cook with spices and utensils. Keurig combo coffee pot and coffee. Bedrooms/ living room are all brand new furniture.

Enjoy nature in style at this fairytale in the forest. This idyllic escape combines whimsical structures, curated gathering spaces and a private wooded hillside surrounded by hiking trails and quaint towns. Disclaimer: This is a rustic cabin. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.

Newly renovated 2 bedroom- street level with 1 king & 1 queen bedrooms in a fully stocked home. In the heart of the village walking distance to all in town. Future sister property (.7 miles) has walk in river access to Delaware fishing. King bedroom has additional living space, 3 season room with sun deck. Entire use of yard, decks, bar room and laundry. All rooms have ceiling fans, USB&C outlets, large screen TVs window AC units and Wi-Fi.

The house offers a lot of entertainment for adults and kids with a blend of comfort and natural beauty. Great for trout fishing or relax and watch the beautiful and peaceful water view right outside the backyard. House can host up to 18 for addition guest fee.
