Home from home twin bedroom and private kitchen where you can help yourself to breakfast/refreshments in a lovely bungalow situated in quiet area off Rossdowney Road. Access to bus service on Rossdowney Rd to City, every 15 mins, is within a 5 min walk. Only a 15 min walk to any of the 3 bridges, train station, eateries, wine-bars, gym and Ebrington Square where we have live open air entertainment. We are also a 10 min drive to city center. Various taxi services available. My aim is that you relax and enjoy your precious break.

Welcome to Derry and our home at 62 Ivy Terrace We are situated in a quiet residential area which is a 10 minute walk to the city centre, a 15 minute drive to Donegal, and 30 minutes from The Giants Causeway. There are numerous local stores near our house. A walk up the Carlisle Road, you will find several bars and restaurants, offering your choice of foods at reasonable prices. Also, you can find many different types of shops, and entrances to the Richmond and the Foyleside Shopping Centres.

Extensively renovated building over the last 5 years by myself. Columba apartment is a new build ground floor self contained apartment to the rear of the building. A one minute walk will take you through Ebrington Square and to the Peace Bridge , then five minutes that’s you at the heart of the historic walled city. Free parking on the streets to the rear and side of the property. Apartment has fully equipped kitchen, is warm and cosy and is finished to a high standard.

In a very historic street that has been recently voted “the prettiest street in Derry/Londonderry”. Walk to coffee shops and restaurants/bars below in 1 minute and town in 5 minutes. 5 min walk to Sainsbury's. Great for cosy nights away or for Halloween/Christmas. Watch fireworks from top floor carpark. Netflix and Youtube on all 3 TV's! Free WIFI and parking! Must be seen!
