Our studio apartment offers accommodation for those who appreciate nature and tranquility. With River Derwent views, we are nestled in the hills of Granton. The apartment occupies the ground level of our home, with its own entrance and car park. Includes Queen Bed, foldaway 2 single beds and/or portacot, comfy couch, tv, aircon, wardrobe, kitchenette (toaster, kettle, fridge, microwave, tableware), dining table, separate bathroom, gym, pool, hot tub, BBQ, and courtyard area with outdoor setting.

This Bus is the closest thing to sleeping in the tree's you will get! Woodfire to keep you toasty. Designed for a couple in mind but, if you wish to bring the kiddo's that want to snuggle on a sofa bed the opportunity is there. There is a woodfired bath for two if you would like to use this opportunity for an ADDITIONAL fee this includes a Wine and cheese platter,robes towels and benies.Guest's stating Best Bath they have ever had!! You’ll be charmed by this heritage listed Federation Queen Anne style house. Franklin Lodge was constructed in 1850, 6 bedroom 2 story home features 4 rooms with ensuites, plus 2 other bedrooms & a 5th bathroom, with the features including open fire places, pressed tin ceilings, original doors, woodwork, ornate fireplaces & a large wood heater. It is facing the Huon River, nicked named "Botanical garden of Franklin" by the locals. We welcome tourists to share the 4 ensuites.
